Haskins-Ybarra Granted Probation & 30 days Inpatient Treatment
Eric Haskins-Ybarra was in court December 7 for his sentence hearing, appearing before Judge Scott McQuin.
He was accompanied by his Attorney Evan Watson. His sentencing hearing was for three cases, one of which was a misdemeanor.
Mr. Haskins-Ybarra will remain in the Sumner County jail until his transport to Options Rehabilitation Services in Wichita on December 11, 2017.
He has served some 7 months off-and-on the past year for charges including: domestic battery, robbery, cruelty to
animal, burglary, identity theft, and drug possession.
